The primary objective of Helping Minds (HM) is to provide quality guidance and support to the poor people for fulfilling their basic necessities and obtaining good education. HM identifies and evaluates the economically challenged but brilliant students and sponsor their education. HM has been registered as "Public Charitable Trust". The trust has been granted deductions in respect of donations under sec 80G of the Income tax Act 1961, in the hands of the donors.

Support for Pollachi Mahalingam College Student

The student is doing computer engineering in Dr. Mahalingam college of Engineering & Technology, Pollachi. The student has good academic records. She had scored 91% in 10th std and 93% in 12th std. She had also scored 83% in her first semester. Their parents are working as day labors. For first year, they have some how managed with help of friends and families. The student is expecting help for second year. Helping minds decided to support the student with Rs. 20000 per anum.
