Continuing help for Vignesh

Vignesh, a student of Final Computer Science at SASTRA, whom we helped with Rs 10,000 during his first year towards mess bill, now requested help for this year.

He has got very good marks till 5th sem:1st - 8.67, 2nd - 9.25, 3rd - 9.93, 4th - 9.48 and 5th 9.0.

HM has given Rs. 10000 towards his college fees.

Continuing help for Arun Prasad

Arun Prasad , one of our beneficaries, has scored an average of more than 90% in all the monthly exams. He has requested for the fees for the 12th Std - an amount of Rs. 6280. HM has given the same on 30th June. Vijay Madhav, his elder brother, also has scored about 90% in his last semester. He has completed diploma with 'First class with honors'. He is looking for job.

Vignesh, who had scored 95%, has been given a waiver of 50% of his fees. He has managed that himself.

Vignesh, whom we have helped last year, has scored about 95% last semester. HM has decided to help him for this semester also.

Helping Vignesh for BTech

Vignesh, from Achalpuram village near Sirkazhi taluk, is studying B.Tech Comp Science second year in Saastra University, Thanjavur. He has secured 8.65 CGPA in the first semester exam. His father is working in a grocery shop on daily wages - earns around Rs 1000 p.m. His mother is working as a temporary assistant in Post Office drawing Rs 1200 p.m. He had secured 471/500 in X Std and 1130/1200 in 12th standard. For the first year, one of his relatives in Mumbai had offered help. Some of his classmates also have helped. For the second year also, the Mumbai relative has assured some help, but it would not be possible for him to pay the entire fee, hence he requested help from HM. HM has given Rs. 10000 to Vignesh for his college fees.
